Senior Software Engineer

Nasze wymagania:
Strong software engineering fundamentals with a polyglot mindset
Hands-on development experience with Java (Spring/Spring Boot preferred)
Knowledge of functional, asynchronous, and non-blocking programming models
Familiarity with modern concurrency models and reactive programming approaches
Experience with CI/CD pipelines, version control, and best coding practices
Sound understanding of secure engineering practices
Excellent communication skills with business-level English
Experience in cloud environments (AWS/Azure/GCP) and working with distributed systems
Exposure to security-focused tools and experience securing high-volume APIs
Familiarity with API security concepts: authentication, authorization, and threat mitigation
Strong background in test architecture, including end-to-end and performance testing
Understanding of performance optimization, profiling, and automated testing frameworks

Zakres obowiązków:
Design, develop, and maintain cloud-based applications primarily in Java
Review and validate solutions for alignment with internal engineering and security standards
Champion high standards in software quality, security, and maintainability
Implement comprehensive automated testing (unit, integration, regression) for all changes
Collaborate openly, solve complex problems, and improve developer productivity
Contribute to efficiency improvements and enhance the developer experience
Support knowledge sharing and mentor less experienced engineers
