How you will get the job done • governing Power BI Premium/Microsoft Fabric capacity, managing workload, managing On-Premises Gateway and performance tuning • designing robust Calculation Groups to enable scalable, reusable analytics logic • creating dimensional models, surrogating key strategies, and modern ETL/ELT processes, supporting reliable upstream data pipelines • optimizing Power BI performance, covering model design, Direct Query/composite model tuning, analyzing query performance, and optimizing large-scale report • propagating filter, embedding APIs, security context handling, and securing or restricting Edit Mode capabilities in embedded scenarios with Power BI embedded • enforcing modeling best practices, automating refactoring, validating dependencies, and optimizing complex semantic models • communicating with business super users and domain experts • optimizing Direct Query/Delta Lake interactions, coordinating schema evolution with data engineering teams, and ensuring reliable end-to-end data flows between Databricks and Power BI architecture • designing and implementing complex role-based security concepts, including row level security (RLS), object level security (OLS), user cultures, embedded specific identity mapping, and enterprise grade authorization models • designing robust Calculation Groups to enable scalable, reusable analytics logic Skills and experience you will need • fluent spoken and written English • technical knowledge of Power BI Premium, DAX, Azure Databricks, Dimensional Modeling • experience in Power BI embedded & Microsoft Fabric and XMLA Endpoint operations • practical experience in working with Azure DevOps, Tabular Editor (v2/v3), DAX Studio, ALM Toolkit • being an active member of Scrum and Agile, cross-functional team developing software for innovative business products Perks & Benefits Let's be healthy Medical package, sports card, and numerous sports sections – these are some of the benefits that help our employees stay in good shape.
