Proven experience leading cross-functional Agile/Scrum/Kanban teams, with excellent stakeholder management skills. Practical knowledge of security-first delivery practices—container security, secrets management (KMS), and compliance-as-code. Ability to leverage DORA metrics for continuous improvement and data-driven leadership.
