Senior SRE / DevOps Engineer

We are currently supporting a global leader in cloud-based solutions for financial management, liquidity, and risk, in the search for an experienced DevOps Engineer. Key responsibilities: • Operate and extend Kubernetes clusters in production environments, building and improving platform capabilities • Design and implement Kubernetes networking and security solutions (CNI, network policies, encryption between pods/services, ingress & load balancing, real troubleshooting, Cilium/eBPF) • Manage GitOps workflows using ArgoCD, covering multi-environment promotion, drift management, rollback strategies, and standardized application onboarding Ideal candidate profile: • Deep understanding of Kubernetes networking and security concepts • Strong preference for candidates with hands-on experience in Cilium/eBPF, or equivalent expertise combining Calico, service mesh, and strong Linux networking fundamentals • Proven experience with GitOps frameworks, especially ArgoCD • Hands-on knowledge of AWS services (EKS, IAM, VPC, ALB/NLB, private connectivity) and experience in Terraform • Background in designing or maintaining multi-tenant architectures • Practical exposure to Datadog monitoring  Conditions: • Contract type: B2B • Work model: 100% remote • Salary: 180-250 PLN net/h • Project duration: until the end of 2026 Recruitment steps: • Call with a KUBO recruiter • Technical interview with the client (60-90 minutes) • Decision
