Senior Windows Engineer (Automation & DevOps Focus)

Responsibilities: • Design, implement and optimize automation processes using CI/CD technologies and best practices • Explore and integrate AI-driven solutions to support self-healing platform capabilities • Create and maintain high-quality technical documentation for engineers, architects and end users • Collaborate within a SAFe SCRUM environment to deliver scalable and reliable solutions • Provide advanced troubleshooting and system administration support across Windows environments • Drive innovation and propose improvements to existing systems and processes • Support configuration management and infrastructure automation initiatives • Ensure consistency and reliability across platform components and environments Requirements: • Minimum 7 years of experience in Windows engineering, system administration or similar roles • Strong experience in Windows Server environments • Advanced scripting skills, especially in PowerShell • Hands-on experience with Ansible and Ansible Tower • Experience with configuration management tools such as SCCM • Strong knowledge of CI/CD tools and practices (e.g. Bamboo, Bitbucket, Packer) • Proficiency with Atlassian suite (Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket) • Experience working in Agile/SCRUM environments (SAFe preferred) • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills • Ability to produce clear and structured technical documentation • Fluency in English (both written and spoken) Nice to have: • Experience with VMware virtualization technologies • Knowledge of networking concepts (DNS, general network configuration) • Experience with Active Directory and GPOs • Exposure to cloud platforms and architectures • Experience in financial sector environments • Background in development roles within Windows ecosystems   Offer: • Private medical care • Co-financing for the sports card • Constant support of dedicated consultant • Employee referral program
