Nasze wymagania:
strong experience with SharePoint Server (2019+) and SharePoint Online;
solid understanding of the Microsoft 365 ecosystem;
experience in enterprise-level troubleshooting;
knowledge of SharePoint development and architecture;
familiarity with Teams, OneDrive, Exchange Online;
experience with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate);
exposure to AI / Copilot and modern workplace tools;
Microsoft certifications are a plus.

Your role
As a SharePoint Developer, you design, maintain, and enhance enterprise collaboration platforms across on-premises and Microsoft 365 environments. You combine development expertise with platform administration to deliver stable, scalable, and secure solutions. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you resolve complex technical challenges and contribute to modernization, automation, and continuous improvement initiatives that support business-critical collaboration and document management capabilities.
Your project
Digital Customer Experience (DCX) practice delivers intelligent, human-centered solutions for global enterprises and public sector organizations. You'll work in empowered Agile squads, owning the end-to-end lifecycle of business applications- from architecture to deployment- in a culture built on feedback and continuous learning.

Zakres obowiązków:
provide 3rd line support for complex SharePoint issues;
develop and maintain SharePoint solutions (on-prem & Online);
support upgrades and migration activities;
ensure platform availability and performance;
collaborate on collaboration and document solutions;
contribute to automation and optimization initiatives.
