Opis stanowiska

O projekcie: We are Nobl9, a US-based startup building a reliability platform that helps engineering teams define, monitor, and improve their systems using Service Level Objectives (SLOs). We’re looking for a Site Reliability Engineer to join our Engineering Team in Poland. In this role, you’ll work close to the core of our platform: infrastructure, observability, release engineering, automation, and incident response. You’ll help us keep Nobl9 reliable, scalable, and easy to operate, while also improving the tools and processes used by other engineering teams. You’ll be joining an experienced group rather than starting from scratch. We work collaboratively, value ownership, and give engineers room to make technical decisions. This role is a good fit for someone who enjoys working with Kubernetes, cloud infrastructure, CI/CD, monitoring, and automation, and who wants to have a real impact on how a reliability-focused product is built and operated. Wymagania: - Experience managing Kubernetes - Experience working with AWS, GCP, or other cloud providers - Good command of CI tools (e.g., Jenkins or GitHub Actions) and deployment pipelines - Hands-on experience working with scripting languages, preferably Bash or Python - Knowledge of configuration automation tools like Terraform or Ansible - Outstanding communication skills in both Polish and English - Basic understanding of security and compliance - Problem-solving attitude - Experience in incident response management (not a must, but it will be considered a plus) Codzienne zadania: - Work with the team to define reliability goals and ensure the Nobl9 platform meets them - Maintain and improve release engineering practices - Deliver and maintain monitoring and o11y framework used by other engineering teams - Own projects and run them with minimal supervision, which includes collaboration with the engineering team - Act as an escalation point for incidents - Define our Infrastructure as Code - Develop and maintain automation tools and systems to streamline operations and reduce manual toil - Part of on-call team
