Software Security Technical Delivery Lead

Nasze wymagania: 10+ years in software engineering with recent hands-on expertise in Java, Python, Node.js, or Go. Strong experience leading cross-functional teams using Agile (Scrum/Kanban). In-depth knowledge of GCP services: GKE, Cloud Run, Cloud SQL (PostgreSQL), Identity-Aware Proxy. Proven DevSecOps expertise: secrets management (KMS), container security, compliance-as-code. Familiarity with Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform). Stakeholder management and ability to shape delivery strategy across multiple domains. Data-driven mindset using DORA metrics to improve delivery excellence. Mile widziane: Experience in regulated environments or FinTech. Knowledge in cost optimization on GCP. We are looking for a Software Security Technical Delivery Lead to drive the end-to-end technical delivery lifecycle, ensuring automation, compliance, and resilience in a dynamic environment built on GCP. Sounds like your kind of challenge? Zakres obowiązków: Technical Orchestration: Align technology execution with business outcomes; proactively address architectural risks and technical debt. DevSecOps Leadership: Ensure delivery meets compliance, automation, and “definition of done” criteria; manage risk across the product. Delivery Governance: Monitor sprint health, resolve blockers, and guarantee high-quality delivery in Agile setup. Hands-on Support: Conduct code reviews, debug Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform), and troubleshoot incidents as needed. Open Source Advocacy: Guide tool selection and adoption to reduce vendor dependency and increase scalability. Note: Detailed project information will be shared during the recruitment process.
