This strategic team, comprising experts worldwide, focuses on defining and executing strategies for critical enterprise platforms, ensuring scalability, reliability, and security of key technology services. The primary objective of this role is to automate manual processes and streamline deployment pipelines, enabling high-frequency, secure, and rapid software delivery. You will work closely with stakeholders and product administrators to implement performant, automated solutions with a strong emphasis on security and operational excellence. Design and develop resilient automation solutions to eliminate manual tasks and accelerate deployments. Embed security-by-design principles, including secrets management, least privilege access, and vulnerability management. Integrate automation into CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins) to ensure reliable and repeatable execution. Build automated tests for developed solutions to validate functionality and stability. Monitor and optimise process performance, ensuring scalability and headroom for future demands. Document solutions and foster knowledge sharing within the engineering team.
