SysOps Engineer [Expert]

The solutions we build help airlines improve efficiency and reduce CO₂ emissions. We are looking for: SYSOPS ENGINEER (Expert)  Your tasks ✅ • Manage, maintain, and optimize Linux infrastructure (Ubuntu) supporting  critical production services. • Design, implement, and operate private cloud infrastructure supporting global products. • Design, manage, and evolve the company’s virtualization architecture to support growing scale and data volumes. • Configure and maintain infrastructure across multiple international data centers hosted on company-owned hardware. • Automate infrastructure provisioning, configuration, and operational tasks using tools such as Ansible. • Ensure strong system security standards, including system hardening and protection of production environments. • Identify and implement improvements in infrastructure architecture, monitoring, scalability, and operational standards. Our requirements 💪 • 5+ years of experience as a SysOps Engineer, Infrastructure Engineer, or Linux Administrator. • Hands-on experience with Proxmox and managing virtualization environments. • Practical experience designing and evolving infrastructure or virtualization architectures, not only maintaining existing environments. • Expert knowledge of Linux systems (especially Ubuntu) and administration of production Linux servers. • Strong experience with system security and hardening of Linux environments. • Experience with infrastructure automation tools such as Ansible. • Ability to design practical and scalable infrastructure supporting global operations, business needs and operational needs. • Good understanding of networking concepts, infrastructure reliability, and operational risk. Nice to have 👌 • Experience designing or operating private cloud environments. • Experience working with infrastructure hosted in OVH. • Experience working with infrastructure across multiple data centers. • Location in the Silesia region and availability for hybrid work would be an advantage (preferred).
