Nasze wymagania: Proven 5+ years’ experience backend services development using Java (or better Kotlin) and Spring 3+ Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field Experience with AI assisted code development Strong focus on code quality (self-testing, unit + integration tests development) Great experience with RESTful API development and integration Experience with PostgreSQL and Kafka Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Excellent communication and collaboration abilities within a team environment. Confidence to make independent decisions and take ownership of implemented solutions Very good knowledge of English, speaking and writing Mile widziane: Knowledge of Kotlin language is an additional asset Knowledge of containerization and orchestration technologies (Docker, Kubernetes) Familiarity with gitlab CI/CD pipelines Familiarity with automated testing and test driven development (TDD) Understanding of agile development methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) Zakres obowiązków: Design, develop, and maintain scalable and high-performance backend applications with Kotlin (mainly), Java, Spring, Docker, Kubernetes or other relevant technologies Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features, ensuring a seamless and responsive experience Work independently on assigned tasks, from problem analysis through design and implementation, making informed technical decisions when needed Actively contribute to a fail‑fast culture: experiment, validate assumptions early, learn from mistakes, and continuously improve solutions Implement and maintain APIs, ensuring robust and efficient communication of micro-service applications in Kubernetes environment Participate in code reviews, providing constructive feedback and adhering to coding standards Troubleshoot and debug complex issues across the full stack, ensuring optimal performance and reliability Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve the development process and technologies used
