Team Lead / Cloud Solution Architect (AWS)

Nasze wymagania: Experience leading a technical team (or strong senior ready to step up) Solid experience with AWS and cloud architecture design Ability to design and operate distributed systems Experience with at least one programming language (e.g. C#, Python) Good understanding of: CI/CD; infrastructure as code; high availability & security principles Strong communication skills and cross-team collaboration English proficiency (daily communication) Mile widziane: Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform Experience with high-throughput / data ingestion systems Polish (B2+) O projekcie: You’ll lead a team of 7 engineers working on an ingestion gateway for the ESET XDR platform — a system processing large volumes of security data for enterprise customers. This is not a pure management role — you’re expected to stay close to the technology, shape architecture decisions, and actively help the team solve technical challenges. Expected split: ~70% technical / 30% leadership. The team is primarily based in Kraków (Poland), with members in Brno (Czechia), and collaborates with HQ in Bratislava (Slovakia). We work in a hybrid mode - we offer up to 12 days of Home Office monthly. We’re looking for a technical team leader who combines people leadership with hands-on architecture work in AWS.
