We are looking for a Tech Lead who will drive the development and evolution of our complex technology platform. You will join the Platform Team consisting of 6 DevOps Engineers, 1 Tech Lead, and 1 Team Lead — a team playing a critical role in scaling, securing, and stabilizing the entire product ecosystem. *Remote with mandatory on‑site presence in our client's Hamburg office once per month. Responsibilities: • Technical leadership of the team: mentoring, support, and setting the technical direction. • Architecture & design: co‑creating and evolving the platform architecture to align with business goals, scalability requirements, and industry trends. • Development of key platform features: leading development of modules, components, and integrations. • Technical roadmap ownership: identifying innovation opportunities, reducing technical debt, and planning the platform’s long‑term direction. • Cross‑team collaboration: working with product, infrastructure, operations, and security teams. • Solving complex technical issues and ensuring platform stability, security, and high performance. • Performance optimization: identifying bottlenecks and implementing improvements. • Risk management in architecture, security, and platform operations. Requirements: • Strong technical background and hands‑on experience with technologies listed in the Tech Stack list. • Practical experience designing and maintaining complex, large‑scale platforms. • Ability to solve complex problems and make architectural decisions that shape the system’s evolution. • Experience leading a team — mentoring, guiding technical direction, supporting team members’ growth. • Excellent communication skills — ability to present technical topics clearly to technical and non‑technical stakeholders. • Strategic thinking — scalability planning, roadmap creation, innovation planning. • Strong collaboration mindset — working effectively with product, operations, and security teams. • Openness to learning new tools, technologies, and methodologies. • Continuous‑improvement mindset — enhancing processes, code quality, and system performance. • Understanding of user and business needs — customer‑centric approach. • Ability to identify and mitigate technical risks.
