Opis stanowiska

Nasze wymagania: Acting as a point of contact for escalations on covered services. Amending and creating documentation for approval, such as work instructions and on/off-boarding procedures. Administering changes to the rota/ERP tab, covering sickness and absence. Handling performance improvement plans or attendance improvement plans. Kubernetes and Docker A strong understanding of PowerShell and Git Terraform, Ansible Python Familiarity with networking, particularly firewall topics Experience with Cloud Environments (Azure, AWS, GCP, OCI) Knowledge of Windows Server RedHat/Suse (Linux Operation System) CI/CD: GitLAB, ADO (Azure DevOps) Experience with Ticketing tools (TFS, Triole, ServiceNow) Zakres obowiązków: Support the development of existing platforms and work within a SaaS environment. This includes providing proactive support for automation and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) checks on the current environment. Event Management: Monitoring notifications and events generated by automated systems and taking necessary action when specific events or notifications occur. Incident Management: Responsible for incidents assigned to Fujitsu-managed Resolver Groups. All incidents shall be Reported, Recorded, Routed, and Managed (RRR&M) through the Service Desk. You will manage and resolve incidents, ensuring the Service Desk record is updated in accordance with Work Instructions (WI) and, when necessary, escalate any High Priority Incidents to Service Management. Support Service Management in the reporting of incidents. Problem Management: You will manage, monitor, and resolve problems in accordance with agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
