UC Cloud Engineer

Responsibilities: • Design, configure, and maintain unified communication solutions within the Microsoft 365 ecosystem, with a focus on Microsoft Teams • Support and enhance compliance recording solutions for voice communications • Manage and optimize cloud-based infrastructure, primarily within Azure or equivalent environments • Implement automation and scripting solutions to improve operational efficiency (e.g., PowerShell) • Ensure stability and performance of communication infrastructure, including SIP trunks, SBCs, and related components • Troubleshoot incidents and participate in task force activities when required • Collaborate with cross-functional teams in both agile and traditional project environments • Maintain technical documentation and contribute to knowledge sharing (Jira, Confluence)   Requirements: • Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role within Unified Communications or End-User Engineering • Hands-on experience with cloud infrastructure (preferably Microsoft Azure) • Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, especially Microsoft Teams • Experience with compliance recording solutions (e.g., Verint, Intelligent Voice – strong advantage) • Practical experience with automation and scripting (e.g., PowerShell) • Solid understanding of Unified Communication technologies, including SIP trunks, SBCs, and private connectivity solutions • Experience working with Jira and Confluence • Familiarity with both Agile and traditional delivery models • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills • Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team • Self-driven, proactive, and able to work independently • Fluent English (minimum C1 level) Nice to have: • Experience working in SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) environments   Offer: • Private medical care • Co-financing for the sports card • Constant support of dedicated consultant • Employee referral program
