UC Cloud Engineer (banking)

Industry: BankingLocation: Hybrid form Gdańsk or Warsaw(2 -3 days per week form office) Rate: 150 pln/h on b2b Summary: The UC Cloud Engineer plays a critical role in the Unified Communications team within the End-User Engineer Service Domain at Core Technology. This role focuses on designing, configuring, and maintaining end-user technologies, particularly within the Microsoft 365 suite and compliance recording systems. Main Responsibilities: • Design, configure, and maintain end-user technologies, specializing in the Microsoft 365 suite. • Oversee compliance recording of voice communications, ensuring effective technology use. • Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot issues and work in task force mode when necessary. • Utilize automation tools and scripting to enhance the efficiency of communications services. • Participate in both traditional and Agile project methodologies using Jira and Confluence. Key Requirements: • Hands-on experience with cloud infrastructure (preferably Azure or equivalent). • Knowledge of Microsoft 365 products, particularly MS Teams. • Experience with compliance recording systems (Verint and Intelligent Voice systems is a big benefit). • Proficiency with automation tools and scripting (e.g., PowerShell). • Minimum 3+ years of relevant work experience in a similar role. • Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. • Fluency in English (C1 level at least). • Proven ability to troubleshoot issues independently. Nice to Have: • Experience working in SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework).
