About TRISERS
TRISERS is an AI-powered home-services marketplace (PWA), currently at MVP stage and moving fast toward launch. We're a small, high-ownership team in Warsaw, and we're looking for a backend engineer to help build the product from the ground up.

This role requires immediate availability and a valid right to work in Poland already in place (PESEL UKR / EU citizenship / permit already granted). We are not able to sponsor or wait for a new work-permit procedure for this position. On-site in Warsaw is required — this is not a remote or hybrid role.
What you'll do
• Design, build and maintain the backend that powers our platform — APIs, data models, and third-party integrations
• Own architecture decisions and ship features quickly in a small team
• Write clean, tested, maintainable code and take part in code reviews
What we're looking for
• Commercial experience with NestJS and Node.js / TypeScript
• Strong PostgreSQL and Prisma — relational data modeling, query design, migrations
• Solid understanding of REST API design, authentication and clean architecture
• Ownership mindset, clear communication, reliable delivery
• Comfortable working on-site and in English
Nice to have
• Experience integrating payment systems or third-party APIs
• Experience building products from an early / MVP stage
