Our client is looking for a heavy-hitter Engineer who prefers IDEs over drag-and-drop. Most companies hire admins to click through Salesforce settings. Our client is hiring an Engineer to treat their internal infrastructure as a high-performance Product. You will join a fast-scaling American Healthcare IoT startup to architect, code, and automate the "Lead-to-Cash" engine that powers their revenue. If you are a Backend Developer tired of simple CRUD apps, or an Integration Expert who wants to build complex logic in Python/Node.js rather than just maintaining plugins – this role is for you. What You Will Actually Build: You won't just be "supporting sales". You will be the architect of the client's internal ecosystem. • Custom Microservices: Write production-grade code (Python/Node.js) to bridge gaps that out-of-the-box tools can't handle. • Complex Automations: Design and implement advanced workflows (using APIs, webhooks, and scripts) that automate 90% of manual data processing. • Scalable Architecture: Design the schema and data flow between Salesforce, HubSpot, Gong, 6sense, and the client's proprietary IoT platform. • Data Integrity: Ensure systems function as a "Single Source of Truth," handling rate limits, error logging, and authentication (OAuth) properly. Tech Stack: The team values engineering discipline, not just tool configuration. • Core Logic: Python, JavaScript (Node.js) • Communication: REST APIs, Webhooks, GraphQL • Platforms: Salesforce, HubSpot (experience nice to have, but engineering mindset comes first) • Automation/iPaaS: Workato / Make / Zapier / Lovable • Tools: Git, Postman, SQL Who You Are: • An Engineer at Heart: You have 3+ years of technical experience (Backend, Integration, or specialized Systems Engineering). • API Native: You dream in JSON. You know how to consume complex APIs, handle pagination, authentication, and error handling gracefully. • Language Agnostic: Strong coding skills in Python OR JavaScript/Node.js are a must. • Business Savvy: You understand that clean code must support business goals. You can translate "Sales needs X" into a technical solution. • English Speaker: C1/C2 is mandatory. You will debate solutions directly with US stakeholders.
