As an Expert IT/Telco Developer | OSG Voice Monetisation & Charging, you will play a key role in shaping the technical direction of Orange Group’s mobile monetisation ecosystem. Your work will directly influence how 4G/5G services are charged, secured, and delivered across multiple markets. You will design and develop advanced solutions for Charging and OSG (Open Services Gateway) platforms, ensuring scalability, security, and alignment with next-generation network technologies. Beyond telecom platforms, you will also have the opportunity to contribute to innovative IT and Security projects, including initiatives that leverage LLM-based solutions. Working as part of an international engineering community spanning Tunisia, Egypt, France, and Poland, you will support 26 Orange countries across MEA and Europe. This role offers the opportunity to build global, shared, business‑critical services that power the future of mobile voice and data monetisation within the Orange Group. Expert IT/Telco Developer | OSG Voice Monetisation & Charging Opis stanowiska • Design, develop, and maintain software solutions for telecom and IT systems. • Build end‑to‑end voice and data services for mobile networks, ensuring scalability and global reusability. • Collaborate with cross‑functional, international teams to deliver business‑critical features. • Optimize and enhance system performance in high‑availability environments. • Develop and integrate APIs (REST, microservices) for internal and external systems. • Ensure code quality through testing, debugging, and code reviews. • Participate in the setup and maintenance of CI/CD pipelines (GitLab). • Support and troubleshoot production issues to ensure system stability. • Contribute to automation of processes and workflows. • Document technical solutions, architectures, and system changes. • Act as a technical specialist for Charging (ZTE, Huawei, Ericsson, etc.) and Voice Monetisation (ZTE, Microsoft, etc.). • Recommend best development practices and harmonize technology across the Orange footprint. • Implement technical security aspects in all areas of responsibility. • Collaborate on designing and applying security standards, authentication protocols, and best practices. • Contribute to Orange enterprise architecture standards (e.g., TMF ODA, TMF APIs). • Participate in RFP processes and provide strategic technology recommendations at Group level. Wymagania • Technical university degree in Computer Science, Telecommunications, or a related field. • Practical knowledge of mobile operator technologies, including services, session control, and charging. • Understanding of application and platform security, as well as relevant industry standards and telecom protocols. • Strong programming skills in Java and Python, with additional proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and TypeScript. • Experience with modern front‑end frameworks (React, Angular, or Vue.js) is a plus. • Hands‑on experience with GitLab CI/CD and solid understanding of Git workflows. • Familiarity with cloud platforms such as OTC, GCP, AWS, or Azure. • Experience with containerization, microservices, RESTful APIs, and Docker. • Knowledge of SS7, SIP, network traffic analysis (Wireshark), and optionally Jain SLEE. • Strong debugging and problem‑solving skills, including experience with Robot Framework and automated testing. • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments and collaborating with international, cross‑functional teams. • Openness to continuous learning, knowledge sharing, and diversity in professional work. • Strong command of English. • Minimum 3+ years of experience in software development, including work on high‑availability and business‑critical systems.
