Frontend Architect (React)

For our Client – one of the largest and most recognizable e-commerce platforms in Central Europe, serving millions of users daily and building large-scale, high-traffic digital products – we are currently looking for a Front-end Software Engineer (Mid-level) to join a product-driven environment focused on delivering high-quality, scalable web solutions. 📍 Warsaw - once per 2-3 weeks in the office only 🎯 Your Responsibilities • Deliver medium to high complexity front-end features independently • Translate product and UX requirements into clean, scalable, maintainable code • Collaborate closely with Product Managers and UX/UI Designers • Ensure high standards of code quality, performance, and accessibility • Take ownership of delivered solutions in a contractor model (high autonomy expected) • Contribute to team-level technical decisions and front-end architecture discussions • Identify and address front-end technical debt 🔧 Required Experience & Skills • Min 10 + years of experiance as a Front-end Software Engineer • Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and TypeScript fundamentals • Practical experience with React (preferably with TypeScript) • Ability to work independently and take accountability for outcomes • Experience collaborating in cross-functional teams ⭐ Nice to Have • Experience working on large-scale web applications • Experience with cross-team front-end integrations • Familiarity with design systems and component libraries • Interest in scalable testing practices 🌍 What You Can Expect • Long-term cooperation in a contractor model • High-impact product environment with millions of end users • Real ownership over features and technical solutions • Modern engineering standards and strong product culture • Occasional on-site workshops and team events 📍 Please note that we will contact only selected candidates.
