Frontend Team Lead (React)

Zakres obowiązków: - Lead, mentor, and support a team of React developers through code reviews, 1:1s, and hands-on coaching. - Collaborate with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to define and prioritize features. - Own and manage sprint planning, task estimation, and delivery timelines for the frontend team. - Architect and implement complex user interfaces using React, Hooks, and Context API. - Maintain and evolve a scalable state management solution using Redux Toolkit. - Enforce modern frontend design patterns (such as container/presenter, compound components, render props, and HOCs). - Build reusable component libraries and maintain design system alignment. - Optimize application performance, accessibility, and cross-browser compatibility. - Drive best practices in code quality, testing, CI/CD, and documentation. - Maintain high unit and integration test coverage (e.g., using Jest, React Testing Library). - Contribute to frontend architecture decisions and evaluate new tools/libraries as needed.
