The solution focuses on simplifying and accelerating the journey from idea to production, helping teams collaborate, plan, and execute creative projects more effectively. The product leverages advanced AI models (image, text, and video) and combines them into intelligent workflows designed for real-world collaboration. Instead of focusing only on content generation, the platform addresses key challenges in planning, coordination, and execution. We are looking for someone who enjoys ownership, moves fast, and wants to have a real impact on both product and engineering practices.     Your role is: • Design, develop, and deploy full-stack features for an AI-driven SaaS platform; • Work closely with product stakeholders to define solutions and deliver measurable business impact; • Take ownership of the full development lifecycle — from idea to production; • Build and iterate on new product features (0→1 development); • Ensure high quality by owning testing, validation, and release of your solutions; • Contribute to improving development processes, increasing delivery speed, and reducing friction; • Mentor other engineers and share best practices across the team; • Collaborate in a fast-moving environment focused on experimentation and continuous improvement.   Your skills and experiences: • 5+ years of experience as a Full Stack Engineer; • Proficiency with React.js and Node.js; • Proven track record of delivering end-to-end solutions independently;  • Experience working in product-oriented environments with a strong focus on delivery and impact; • Solid understanding of modern web technologies and full-stack architecture; • Ability to work across the entire SDLC — from development to deployment and maintenance; • Experience with CI/CD, version control systems, and modern development workflows; • Strong ownership mindset and ability to take responsibility for delivered solutions; • Experience mentoring others and contributing to team growth; • Strong communication skills and ability to work in cross-functional teams; • English proficiency at B2 level or higher.   Nice to have: • Experience working with AI/ML-based products or integrating external model APIs; • Familiarity with building or scaling early-stage (0→1) products; • Background in industries related to media, video, or digital content; • Experience with prompt engineering or chaining AI models; • Knowledge of DevOps or Product Operations practices; • Proven ability to improve team delivery speed and efficiency; • Interest in product thinking and experimentation; • Basic design sense or experience working closely with UI/UX.   Our client offers: • Great opportunity for personal development in a stable and friendly large multinational company; • Career growth and additional education.
