Your responsibilities will include:
•

Building Robust Applications: Developing, launching, and maintaining high-performing, reliable web applications using Node.js and React. 
• Navigating Dynamic Environments: Adapting quickly to shifting project requirements, fast-paced development cycles, and frequent iterations while maintaining high productivity. 
• Pragmatic Code Delivery: Balancing clean, well-architected code with business priorities, focusing on delivering practical, working solutions when speed-to-market is key. 
• Proactive Problem Solving: Troubleshooting, debugging, and resolving complex technical issues with a calm, solution-oriented mindset. 
• AI-Assisted Development: Leveraging modern AI tools (such as GitHub Copilot, Claude, etc.) to streamline workflows, automate repetitive tasks, and accelerate code delivery. 
• Cross-Project Flexibility: Seamlessly transitioning between different projects and environments, demonstrating agility and openness to new technical challenges.
Tech-stack:
•

Node.js – Backend development with Express or Nest.js 

• React – Frontend development with Hooks and State Management (Redux/MobX) 
• Full-stack Tools – JavaScript/TypeScript, REST/GraphQL APIs 
• Docker – For containerization CI/CD Pipelines – GitHub Actions, GitLab CI 
• Testing & Monitoring – Jest, Cypress, Sentry Scripting – Node.js scripts, Bash 
• AI Tools – Gemini, Copilot, Claude, etc. – for code generation, debugging, and rapid prototyping
Requirements:
•

Fullstack Development: Building scalable APIs with Node.js and crafting efficient user interfaces using React, leveraging your 3+ years of experience in Fullstack/Frontend Development. 

• Cloud & Infrastructure: Managing deployments across AWS, GCP, or Azure, while working comfortably in Linux environments and using Git daily. 
• Data Management: Designing and optimizing both SQL and NoSQL database solutions. 
• AI-Powered & Pragmatic Coding: Accelerating feature delivery using AI tools (Copilot, Gemini) and focusing on pragmatic, working solutions rather than tech dogmatism. 
• Team & Culture: Collaborating closely with the team using strong communication skills, an experimental mindset, and a good sense of humor.
• Languages: Polish: Native/fluent, English B2+.
Nice to have:
•

GitOps Proficiency – Strong understanding and practical knowledge of GitOps workflows and principles

• Certifications – Cloud certifications (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud) 
• On-Premise Experience – Hands-on experience working with on-premise infrastructure and deployments 
• Frontend Ecosystem – Proficiency in TypeScript, Next.js, or Vue.js
