Fullstack Developer (Node.js / HubSpot Custom Apps) Client: Financial InstitutionEngagement: B2B / ContractWorking hours: 10:00–18:00 (UK time, fully remote, no travel required)Rate: 120–160 PLN/hourProcess: 2-stage recruitment processTeam: 2 Developers, Project Manager, Architect About the Role We are looking for an experienced Fullstack Developer to join our team and support the further development of an existing CRM system. The role focuses on extending a HubSpot-based solution with new functionalities across frontend, backend, and external system integrations. You will collaborate with a compact, highly skilled delivery team on a project for a financial sector client, contributing to both solution design and hands-on implementation. Responsibilities As a Fullstack Developer, you will be responsible for: • Designing and developing a new module for an existing HubSpot Custom App, including a user interface for internal HubSpot users • Implementing a management panel for trial access and customer licenses • Integrating the application with existing internal APIs • Identifying and delivering missing backend functionalities • Developing Node.js integration code connecting LMS webhooks with the authentication system • Automating user account creation triggered by LMS events • Automating assignment of user roles and permissions based on data from the learning system • Ensuring data consistency and reliability across systems • Implementing error handling, retries, and monitoring for webhook-driven workflows Requirements • Proven experience as a Fullstack Developer • Strong proficiency in Node.js • Experience with API integrations and webhook-based architectures • Experience with CRM systems, preferably HubSpot Custom Apps • Good understanding of backend processes, authentication, and authorization • Ability to work both independently and within a cross-functional team • Experience in the financial sector is a plus Benefits • Medicover healthcare package • Multisport card • Access to an e-learning platform • Group life insurance What We Offer • Long-term cooperation with a well-defined project scope • Competitive hourly rate: 120–160 PLN/hour • Fully remote work • Work in a small, experienced, and supportive technical team
