Fullstack Go Developer

Our Client is an ambitious tech company on a mission to create a frictionless shipping experience for small and medium-sized enterprises. They replace outdated logistics processes with a seamless digital platform, wrapping real-time pricing, comparison, booking, and tracking into a clean, unified interface.Role We are seeking a seasoned Mid-level Full-Stack Software Engineer (Go) to join a dynamic tech team. In this role, you’ll influence the technical foundation of the platform, develop new features, and maintain existing code. You will collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and customer success teams to deliver impactful solutions and move the product forward. Responsibilities • Design and implement scalable cloud services using GoLang, React, and TypeScript. • Build API-first integrations with e-commerce platforms and logistics providers. • Enhance operational efficiency by automating processes within the platform. • Own the full development cycle, from concept to deployment. • Shape the technical roadmap, influence system design, and mentor junior engineers. • Engage in pair programming and code reviews to maintain high-quality standards. • Contribute to the evolution of the tech stack, best practices, and AI-driven development. Key competences • 4+ years of software development experience, with a strong full-stack background. • Expertise in GoLang, TypeScript, React, AWS (App Runner, RDS, CloudWatch), and MySQL. • Familiarity with GitLab CI/CD and Pulumi (nice to have). • A problem-solving mindset—you are excited by complex challenges and scalable solutions. • Excellent collaboration and communication skills. • Experience in startups or agile environments is a must; you should be comfortable with rapid iteration.
