We focus on building structured, well-designed digital products - without chaos, unnecessary meetings, or unclear processes. Job Description We’re looking for a Junior Front-End Developer with initial commercial experience and some exposure to CMS or eCommerce platforms. You’ll work closely with developers and project managers to deliver high-quality websites and marketing platforms for international clients. Your responsibilities: • implementing front-end views based on Figma designs (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) • customizing and developing themes in HubSpot CMS • supporting ongoing development and optimization of websites • ensuring responsiveness and cross-browser compatibility • collaborating with the team to deliver tasks on time • participating in code reviews and improving code quality Qualifications We are looking for someone who: • has initial commercial experience (internship, freelance, or junior role) • has worked with at least one CMS or eCommerce platform (e.g. HubSpot, WordPress, Shopify, Magento) • knows HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript (ES6 basics) • understands responsive design • writes clean and structured code • communicates well in English (B2+) and Polish (C1+) • is proactive and eager to learn Nice to have: • experience with Git • basic knowledge of performance optimization • understanding of SEO fundamentals What we offer: • remote-first work or office-based in Cracow, Poznan, or Warsaw — it’s up to you • full-time job (30–40 hours per week possible depending on availability) • european working hours (aligned with the CET time zone) • flat structure where everyone owns their responsibilities • work in a highly organized environment (clear processes, structured communication, no chaotic projects, no unnecessary calls) • exposure to international clients and advanced CRM & marketing automation ecosystems • flexible working hours • great software and hardware (MacBooks) Recruitment Process • Online conversation with our recruiter —he will tell you more about the company and the role, and ask about your experience and expectations • A recruitment task • A meeting with team members, where we’ll get to know you better and dive deeper into the responsibilities and working environment
