Mid Frontend Developer (Flutter&React)

As a Frontend Developer, you will be part of a cross-functional squad responsible for designing and developing the user-facing layer of this greenfield product. You will work within a mixed frontend-backend squad, collaborating closely with your Tech Lead, Senior Developer, Business Analyst, and QA Engineer. This is a rare opportunity to define the frontend architecture, UI patterns, and user experience of a financial platform from scratch - covering both web and mobile channels.   Responsibilities you'll have • Design, develop, and maintain frontend applications across web and mobile channels • Build responsive, performant, and accessible user interfaces using Flutter and/or React • Collaborate within a cross-functional squad (Tech Lead, Senior Developer, BA, QA, Backend Developers) • Translate business requirements and UI/UX designs into clean, maintainable frontend code • Integrate frontend applications with backend APIs and services • Participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and architectural decisions • Write clean, testable, and well-documented code following best practices • Contribute to establishing frontend standards, component libraries, and development patterns • Communicate progress, blockers, and technical decisions in English Expected competences and knowledge • Solid commercial experience in frontend development (mid-level) • Hands-on experience with Flutter (mobile and/or web applications) • Hands-on experience with React (web applications) • Fluent English (spoken and written) • Availability to work from the office 3 days per week (Warsaw, Kraków, Tricity, or Rzeszów) • Understanding of modern frontend architecture and best practices Nice to have: • Familiarity with Google Cloud Platform (GCP) • Experience in financial services or banking domain • Experience in greenfield projects • Knowledge of state management patterns, design systems, and component-driven architecture   Technologies you'll work with • Flutter • React • REST APIs • GCP (optional) • Modern frontend tooling and libraries • CI/CD pipelines    Client – why choose this particular client from the Jit portfolio?
