Your Role As a Mid Frontend Developer, you’ll design and implement modern web applications using React. You’ll work closely with backend developers and designers, translate Figma designs into pixel-perfect UI, and help maintain and evolve existing products. Responsibilities • Design and implement modern web applications using React • Build responsive, pixel-perfect UI based on Figma designs • Integrate frontend applications with REST / GraphQL APIs • Implement authentication and authorization flows • Maintain and optimize existing frontend codebases • Diagnose performance and rendering issues • Collaborate with system architects, backend developers, and other stakeholders • Ensure code quality, performance, and maintainability Requirements • This role requires full-time onsite work (no remote or hybrid options). Candidates must be willing and able to work from our office near the Plac Wilsona metro station • 2–4 years of commercial experience with modern React • Strong knowledge of JavaScript and TypeScript • Very good understanding of HTML5 and CSS3 • Practical experience with TailwindCSS • Experience with common state management patterns • Good understanding of frontend security basics • Basic experience with testing React components • Familiarity with Git and standard development workflows • Basic understanding of Docker • Ability to use AI tools as part of the development workflow • English at B2+ level with good communication skills Nice to Have • Internationalization (i18n) • E2E tests • CI/CD pipelines • Accessibility standards (WCAG) • Experience with Next.js • Storybook Rates (B2B) • 80–110 PLN / hour Recruitment Process • Intro call (30 min) • Technical interview or short task • Final fit & project discussion • Offer
