Mid/Senior Full-Stack Engineer (TypeScript, Node.js, Vue.js, AWS)

We are looking for a practical and collaborative Full-Stack Engineer to join the Developer Experience (DX) team in a large enterprise environment. The role focuses on building internal developer platforms, tools, and services that improve developer productivity, system visibility, and workflow automation. The ideal candidate has strong TypeScript-based backend development experience, enjoys working with modern frontend technologies, and collaborates closely with DevOps engineers working on cloud infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, and observability platforms. • Design, develop, and maintain backend services and APIs using TypeScript, Node.js, and modern backend frameworks such as NestJS. • Build and maintain modern frontend applications using frameworks such as Vue and Nuxt. • Develop internal tools and platforms that improve developer productivity and automate development workflows. • Collaborate closely with DevOps engineers to ensure applications integrate smoothly with cloud infrastructure, CI/CD pipelines, and observability platforms. • Troubleshoot application and platform issues, perform root cause analysis, and support continuous improvement. • Research and evaluate new technologies, creating Proofs of Concept (POCs) to assess potential solutions and best practices. • Communicate technical concepts clearly and collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.   Benefits • Motivizer Benefits Platform to choose and manage all your benefits in one place. Qualifications • 3+ years of commercial experience in full-stack software development. • Completed university degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field. • Strong experience with TypeScript and backend development using Node.js frameworks such as NestJS. • Experience building modern frontend applications using frameworks such as Vue or Nuxt. • Familiarity with event-driven architectures and messaging systems, such as Kafka. • Understanding of CI/CD pipelines, ideally with GitLab CI. • Experience working with cloud environments, preferably AWS (ECS, EKS, EC2, IAM, Lambda). • Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code tools, such as Terraform or AWS CDK. • Fluent communication skills in English and Polish and availability to work in a hybrid mode with 1–2 office visits per week.
