Node.js Tech Lead

At Pretius, we are looking for Node.js Tech Lead to a project in the financial industry, international team. Project / Role • Lead and mentor cross-functional teams (Backend, Frontend, DevOps, QA) • Design and oversee scalable architectures based on Node.js and microservices • Coordinate multiple teams and support staffing, onboarding, and recruitment • Translate business needs into technical solutions and support pre-sales activities • Ensure best practices (CI/CD, code quality, testing, security) • Monitor delivery, report KPIs, and manage risks • Collaborate with international stakeholders   Requirements • 8+ years of experience in software development, including leadership roles • Strong hands-on experience with Node.js (NestJS / Express) • Experience with microservices, distributed systems (DDD, event-driven is a plus) • Cloud experience (AWS / Azure / GCP) and tools like Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD • Proven ability to lead teams, conduct code reviews, and mentor engineers • Experience working with business stakeholders in international environments • Familiarity with Agile / Scrum / DevOps • Fluent English (C1)   What do we offer? • We focus on long- term relationships based on fair principles and reliability • Co-financing of the Multisport card and Medicover private healthcare • Modern office available • Team bonding activities, internal courses, conferences, certifications
