React Software Engineer

As a Senior React Software Engineer, you will be working for our client, an international financial services provider. You will contribute to the design, implementation, and validation of new internal applications, integrating them seamlessly into company's information system. Your expertise will help evolve the architecture and ensure scalable, innovative solutions across the organization, fostering continuous improvement and technical excellence. Your main responsibilities: • Proactively propose improvements to enhance overall application architecture and performance. • Contribute to the end-to-end development, testing, and documentation of internal applications. • Integrate new applications into existing information systems, ensuring smooth deployment and operation. • Set up testing environments and automate deployment processes using DevOps tools and concepts. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, providing innovative insights and technical guidance. • Ensure code quality and reliability by integrating unit and automated tests (Jest, React Testing Library, Cypress, Playwright). • Actively participate in architecture discussions to optimize cloud-based solutions. You're ideal for this role if you have: • Minimum of 5 years of experience in React UI development. • Strong expertise with React hooks, context, and functional components. • Good knowledge of Redux / Redux Toolkit (RTK) for state management. • Experience integrating automated and unit tests within development workflows. • Solid understanding of application architecture and cloud environment best practices. • Passion for innovative software development and proposing architectural improvements. • Self-sufficient, detail-oriented, and proactive with excellent interpersonal skills. It is a strong plus if you have: • UX training or experience in designing user-centered interfaces. • Additional certifications or experience in DevOps practices. Language Required for the role: • Fluent English command.
