React Tech Lead

At Pretius, we are looking for React Tech Lead to a project in the financial industry, international team. Project / Role • Lead and mentor Frontend and cross-functional teams (Backend, DevOps, QA) • Design and oversee scalable frontend architectures using React • Define UI standards, performance, and best practices (testing, accessibility, security) • Coordinate multiple teams and support staffing, onboarding, and recruitment • Translate business requirements into technical solutions and support pre-sales • Ensure high code quality through reviews and engineering standards • Monitor delivery, report KPIs, and manage risks • Collaborate with international stakeholders   Requirements • 8+ years of experience in software development, including leadership roles • Strong hands-on experience with React, TypeScript, and modern frontend ecosystems • Experience with scalable frontend architecture (e.g., micro-frontends is a plus) • Knowledge of state management (Redux, Zustand, etc.) and API integration • Familiarity with performance optimization, testing (Jest, Cypress), and CI/CD • Experience working with cloud environments and modern DevOps practices • Proven ability to lead teams and mentor engineers • Familiarity with Agile / Scrum / DevOps • Fluent English (C1)   What do we offer? • We focus on long- term relationships based on fair principles and reliability • Co-financing of the Multisport card and Medicover private healthcare • Modern office available • Team bonding activities, internal courses, conferences, certifications
