Regular/Senior ServiceNow ITOM Developer

Tech stack: JavaScript ServiceNow FlowDesigner CMBD/discovery fundamentals ITOM modules Requirements: Required Skills (Regular) • Hands-on experience with ServiceNow development • Knowledge of JavaScript, Flow Designer, Business Rules • Understanding of CMDB / Discovery fundamentals • Experience with platform configuration & customization • English level B2+/C1 Required Skills (Senior) • Strong experience as ServiceNow Developer • Solid expertise in ITOM modules (Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Mgmt) • Experience designing technical solutions • Knowledge of integrations (REST / SOAP / MID Server) • Ability to mentor junior developers • English level C1 (advanced / fluent) Nice to Have • ServiceNow certifications (CSA / CIS-ITOM) • Experience with cloud technologies (AWS / Azure / GCP) • Knowledge of ITIL / Agile • Scripting & performance optimization skills Project description: We are looking for a ServiceNow ITOM Developer to join our growing ServiceNow practice. Depending on your experience level (Regular / Senior), you will design, develop, and optimize solutions within the IT Operations Management (ITOM) area, working on enterprise-scale implementations. Main responsibilities: • Develop and configure solutions within the ServiceNow platform • Work with ITOM modules such as: Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, CMDB • Build workflows, integrations, and automations • Collaborate with architects, consultants, and stakeholders • Participate in troubleshooting, optimization, and enhancements • Contribute to best practices and code quality standards
