Senior Front-end Developer (React, Next)

Nasze wymagania: 5+ years of professional experience in frontend or full-stack product development, with a strong frontend focus Deep expertise in React / Next.js and modern frontend development patterns Strong understanding of component-driven architecture, state management, client-side performance optimization Ability to break down complex problems and deliver pragmatic, high-quality solutions Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset Proficiency in English (B2-C1) Mile widziane: Experience with Next.js (App Router, server/client components, routing, data fetching) Experience building design systems or reusable component libraries Familiarity with TypeScript, modern CSS, and utility-first styling approaches Experience integrating frontend applications with APIs and authentication systems Working knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and modern frontend build tooling, containerized or cloud-hosted environments Previous experience with SaaS or data-heavy applications is considered a plus O projekcie: The project involves developing a proprietary, automated SaaS sales and marketing platform for car dealerships in the United States. Zakres obowiązków: Design, develop, and maintain modern, high-quality user interfaces using React and Next.js Own frontend features end-to-end — from technical design and implementation to testing and production rollout Translate product and UX requirements into clean, maintainable, and accessible UI components Optimize frontend performance, reliability, and scalability for large datasets and complex user flows Collaborate closely with Product Managers and Designers to create user-centric solutions Collaborate with Backend and Data teams to integrate APIs and data services Collaborate with Engineering teams across Gdańsk, the US, and India Provide technical leadership through code reviews and engineering best practices Mentor junior frontend engineers Improve frontend architecture and developer experience Contribute to the evolution of frontend standards, tooling, and UI libraries across the platform Oferujemy: Private medical healthcare 50% Multisport card Group insurance
