Senior Frontend Developer

As a Senior Frontend Engineer for Aristocrat ALABs, you will be part of the Franchise Tools team that supports our suite of tools that support our flagship Big Fish Casino and Jackpot Magic Slots. The successful applicant will be a person with deep experience, highly motivated, and a technical leader with a passion for UI/UX development. You have the experience to innovate and shape the future of our platforms. You will need to be motivated and energized to solve complex problems. Your knowledge and experience will be essential to maintaining our current suite of tools while supporting new features alongside our LiveOps, Customer Support, and QA teams. Work mode: hybrid – 3 days per week from the Wave Office in Gdansk or Unity Office in Krakow. You will: • Maintain our current suite of tools while also building out new features in collaboration with our LiveOps, Customer Support, and QA teams. • Perform unit tests and integration tests, and debug existing and new features • Participate in code reviews • Participate in daily Agile scrum meeting • Participate in documenting the new features • Collaborate across all of our internal teams What We're Looking For • Understanding of client-server architecture • Demonstrable experience working with frontend frameworks like React or Angular, but are comfortable with writing code at the DOM level (jQuery) • Solid understanding of interacting with and making modifications to REST APIs • Have a product/UX mentality where you not only think about architecture, but also how we best support our users • Good understanding of design patterns and design principles • Ability to design and build flexible and reusable UI components • Good communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to write and read technical documentation • Experience in the game industry (a nice-to-have but not mandatory) Nice to have: • Experience with Internal tooling 🌟 Our Benefits at a Glance  • 20/26 days of paid annual leave  • Private health insurance  • Life insurance  • Med Card: discounts on prescription medicines  • Lunch card – 200 PLN monthly  • Wellness card – 270 PLN monthly  • Refund for glasses  • 1,000 PLN bonus for taking at least two consecutive weeks of annual leave  • Additional special leave days, including wellbeing days and “calendar gap” days  • Birthday leave – enjoy an extra day off on your special day  • Christmas break – office closed between Christmas and New Year
