Senior Frontend Developer

O projekcie: MILO is a privately owned company which has been founded in 2010 and since then completely focused on developing innovative cross-platform desktop, mobile and web applications. We started as a group of highly qualified software engineers, developing desktop and embedded applications using Qt framework. Currently we are also supporting Mobile iOS/Android and Django web application development. Wymagania: Position competencies: - Minimum 4 years of professional experience as a Frontend Developer- English proficiency: B2 level or higher - Strong expertise in React.js, JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5 and SCSS- Extensive experience with modern frontend architectures and component-based development- Strong knowledge of state management solutions such as Redux.js- Hands-on experience with GraphQL APIs and asynchronous data handling- Very good understanding of responsive design, cross-browser compatibility and performance optimization- Experience working with Tailwind CSS and Bootstrap- Experience with Gatsby and modern frontend tooling/ecosystems- Ability to write clean, scalable and maintainable code following best practices- Experience using AI coding tools (e.g. GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Claude-style agents) to support development tasks- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments- Ability to work independently, take ownership of frontend solutions and support less experienced developers- Strong analytical, communication and problem-solving skills- Familiarity with legacy frontend technologies such as jQuery in maintenance projects Nice to have: - Experience with React SP - Familiarity with CI/CD tools such as GitLab CI or Jenkins- Experience working with GitLab- Knowledge of frontend build tools and optimization techniques- Experience with Node.js or supporting backend services Codzienne zadania: - Designing, developing and maintaining modern frontend applications using React.js, TypeScript and JavaScript - Building scalable, reusable and high-performance UI components and frontend architectures - Developing responsive and user-friendly interfaces using SCSS, Tailwind CSS and Bootstrap - Integrating frontend applications with GraphQL APIs and backend services - Supporting backend integration tasks and collaborating with backend developers on APIs and data flow - Contributing to selected backend-related activities and troubleshooting when needed - Collaborating closely with designers, developers and product teams in a cross-functional Agile environment - Taking ownership of frontend solutions and contributing to technical decisions and architecture discussions - Optimizing application performance, accessibility and cross-browser compatibility - Writing clean, maintainable and well-documented code following best engineering practices - Participating in code reviews, knowledge sharing and mentoring less experienced developers - Contributing to CI/CD processes, deployment workflows and engineering best practices - Working with modern frontend ecosystems and tools including Redux.js, Gatsby and build pipelines - Maintaining and improving legacy frontend solutions where required, including jQuery-based components - Keeping up to date with current frontend technologies, trends and best practices - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills and can communicate your ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences
