Wymagania: Qualifications  - Solid experience (5+ years) in developing, shipping, and maintaining complex, data-rich web applications, backed by a strong portfolio.  - Demonstrated experience designing and building complex, data-rich applications, ideally including AI-powered features.  - A natural drive to participate in the entire product process, from user research and design to front-end implementation and back-end integration.  - Expertise in front-end technologies, with high proficiency in TypeScript, React, and Next.js.  - Proven ability to design a diverse range of users and a strong understanding of accessibility principles.  - The ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, product-focused environment.  Preferred Skills  - Familiarity with AI interaction design patterns, including prompt input design, streaming response handling, error states, and trust/transparency cues.  - Understanding of LLM integration concepts such as Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), tool calling, structured outputs, and prompt engineering.  - Familiarity with cloud platforms, especially Microsoft Azure, and CI/CD pipelines.  - A strong sense of curiosity and a passion for sharing knowledge to help develop colleagues and the company as a whole. Codzienne zadania: - UX Design for Generative AI: Lead the end-to-end design for Falck GPT. This includes collaborating with stakeholders to translate product goals into clear wireframes, novel generative AI interaction patterns, and polished visual designs. - Frontend Development: Use your expertise in React and Next.js to develop, maintain, and optimize Falck GPT, ensuring it is responsive, accessible, and delivers a best-in-class user experience on all devices. - User Research & Testing: Plan and conduct user research sessions, usability tests, and feedback loops with employees across Falck to continuously validate and improve the Falck GPT experience. - Emphasize End-to-End Process Ownership: Drive the entire product evolution process, from concept to deployment. While your expertise is in UX and front-end, this includes working closely with AI and back-end engineers to ensure seamless API integration and functionality.
