Senior Frontend Engineer / Microfrontends Specialist (React & TypeScript)

O projekcie: Project Description We are looking for 2 highly skilled frontend engineers, or fullstack engineers with a strong frontend focus, to join a project working with microfrontends architecture. This is a 6-month assignment with the potential for extension, remote work, and occasional onsite visits (Berlin direction, approximately once per month). You will be responsible for designing and implementing a reusable frontend scaffold/platform for the company, as well as building real business applications. We are seeking candidates with 8–12+ years of experience and a strong sense of ownership, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently on architecture design and development. Wymagania: Must-have: - Strong hands-on experience with React and TypeScript - Deep theoretical knowledge of TypeScript (Generics, Conditional Types, Mapped Types, Utility Types) - Strong understanding of frontend and web application architecture (RESTful APIs, WebSockets) - Hands-on experience with styled-components v6 (transient props, TypeScript theme augmentation, dual theming with Ant Design ConfigProvider) - Proven ability to work independently, take ownership, and make architectural decisions - Excellent English communication skills, including experience collaborating with non-native English-speaking teams Preferred (nice-to-have): - Practical experience with microfrontends architecture - Knowledge of server-driven UI - Experience with Next.js - Understanding of Atomic Design methodology - Ability and willingness to mentor and lead team members Project stack: React, TypeScript, styled-components v6, Ant Design, Next.js, WebSockets, RESTful APIs, microfrontends architecture, server-driven UI, Atomic Design methodology, Redux/State Management, Jest/Testing Library, Storybook, ESLint/Prettier, Webpack/Vite, CI/CD (GitHub Actions, Jenkins), Docker Codzienne zadania: - Design and rewrite an existing frontend monolith into a microfrontends architecture - Roll out a new design system across applications - Build and maintain reusable frontend components and scaffolds - Make pragmatic technical decisions regarding frontend architecture - Collaborate with cross-functional teams and mentor junior developers when needed
