Senior Full-Stack Developer (Angular / Java / AWS)

We are seeking an experienced Senior Full-Stack Developer (Angular / Java / AWS) to join a hybrid development team. The role focuses on building new products as well as maintaining and enhancing existing systems, with active involvement across the full software development lifecycle. Project information: • Type of project: IT Services • Office location: Wrocław or Poznań, Poland • Work mode: Hybrid (minimum 2 days per month in the office) • Mandatory onboarding: 1–3 days onsite • Budget: 120–135 PLN net/h - b2b • Project length: Long-term • Only candidates with citizenship in the European Union and residence in Poland • Start date: ASAP (depending on candidate availability) Project scope: • Develop and maintain modern web applications (80% Angular, 20% Java) • Participate in full software development lifecycle (design, implementation, testing, deployment) • Build and enhance scalable frontend solutions • Design and develop backend APIs and enterprise services • Contribute to cloud transformation initiatives using AWS • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions • Perform code reviews, testing, and performance optimization Requirements: • Minimum 6-7 years of experience with Angular, building scalable and modern web applications • Minimum 4-5 years of experience in Java backend development, including API design and enterprise systems • At least 2-3 years of hands-on experience with AWS cloud services and deployment practices • Strong understanding of full-stack application architecture • Experience working in agile, collaborative development environments • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to code quality • Good English communication skills We offer: • Hybrid working model • Full-time job agreement based on on b2b • Private medical care with dental care (covering 70% of costs) • Multisport card (also for an accompanying person) • Life insurance
