Senior Full Stack Engineer

About us Connectd empowers organisations and individuals to transition into and succeed in the future of work • we ranked 43rd in Sifted100’s fastest growing start-ups in Europe, growing over 190% CAGR over the last 2 years; #6 in LinkedIn’s top 100 start-ups of 2024, and Barclays’ Scale-up of the Year finalist for 2025 • Grown from $0 to $11m ARR in <4 years, now driving to $50m ARR over next 3 years • Already established in the UK & US - headquartered in London, but with >30% revenue coming from US - also offices in Manchester, Mumbai, Mexico City & Poland Responsibilities: • Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications across the full stack • Build and optimize responsive, high-performance user interfaces • Develop and maintain backend services and APIs that power our platform • Collaborate with business stakeholders, product and design to rapidly build, test, and iterate on features within our existing platform • Debug production issues across our systems, ensuring reliability and performance • Advocate for best practices in code quality, testing, and maintainability • Work independently and collaboratively to solve complex technical challenges Must have skills and experience: • 4+ years of experience building and shipping full-stack web applications. • Proficiency in React and Typescript • Experience designing and working with GraphQL, RESTful APIs and databases (SQL and NoSQL) • Strong understanding of modern frontend development, including TypeScript, React, event-driven architecture and modern tooling • Experience with cloud platforms (we run on AWS) and deployment best practices, including CI/CD pipelines • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment Bonus if you have: • Built agent-based AI features inside Node.js App • Managed cloud environments and deployments using Terraform • Worked with Domain-Driven Design and CQRS • Experience with building LLM-powered production systems Why join us? • equity package in fast-growing startup • flexible paid time off • flat structure with real influence on company operations • fast-paced, delivery focused team
