Senior Full-Stack / Frontend Engineer Remote (CET ±4h) | 18-22k PLN net/month B2B The Problem Sales teams spend hours digging through news, LinkedIn, and databases looking for the right moment to reach out. A company just raised funding. A VP just changed jobs. A competitor just expanded into a new market. These signals exist - but finding them manually doesn't scale. ZYNT surfaces buying signals automatically. We process thousands of sources, extract what matters, and deliver actionable intelligence in real-time. The challenge: Building the product that turns AI output into action. Real-time dashboards. Self-service configuration. Multi-tenant architecture that works for enterprises. Intelligence is only valuable if people can act on it - and bad UX means signals get buried. What You’ll Build You'll own the product experience - from database to dashboard. In your first month: • Walk through the codebase with the CPTO • Join a customer call - understand how they actually use signals • Ship your first changes to the signal dashboard In your first quarter: • Own the signal experience end-to-end (dashboard, filtering, detail views) • Build self-service configuration - let customers set up their own monitored entities • Ship the events monitoring interface • Implement customer onboarding flow Where we’re heading: We want ZYNT to become the default way B2B teams discover opportunities - a platform that sales, marketing, and leadership all rely on daily. You'll help us get there by making complex intelligence feel simple. The Stack • Frontend: Next.js 15, React, TypeScript • Styling: Tailwind CSS, shadcn/ui, Figma • Backend: Node.js, PostgreSQL, Prisma, REST APIs • Auth: Clerk (multi-tenant, organization-scoped) Who You Are Must have: • 3-5 years full-stack experience (portfolio matters more than years) • 2+ years owning production systems • Strong Next.js/React and TypeScript • Backend experience - you can build APIs, not just consume them • Above-average CSS/UI skills - you can take Figma to production with precision • Eye for design and UX - you notice when something feels off • Experience shipping complete features end-to-end (not just "contributing to") • Fluent Polish and English (C1+) - our customers and team speak both The attitude: • Your first question is "How will the customer use this?" • You take features from DB schema → API → UI → production • You ship MVP, iterate on feedback, don't gold-plate • You make product decisions, not just implement them Nice to have: • Multi-tenant SaaS background • Startup or 0→1 experience • Animation/micro-interactions (Framer Motion) • Enterprise features (RBAC, audit logs) • Data visualization experience Red flags (not for you if): • "I'm a frontend engineer" or "I'm a backend engineer" only • You wait for pixel-perfect designs before starting • "That's a product decision" (you should make product decisions) Why Join Now You’d be one of our first engineering hires. • Early-stage, real ownership: Small team, big problems, no bureaucracy • Shape everything: Product direction, component architecture, user experience - it's all being built • Customers using the product daily: We're past the "will anyone use this" phase • Visible impact: Your work directly enables everything else We're looking for someone who wants to build something from scratch, not inherit someone else's codebase.
