Senior Fullstack Developer (Angular Nest.JS)

Praca hybrydowa, Warszawa Zatrudnienie w oparciu o B2B Role Overview The Senior Full Stack Developer is responsible for the end-to-end design, development, deployment, and ongoing maintenance of custom software solutions. The role operates within an agile, fast-paced environment and works closely with product owners and cross-functional team members to deliver scalable full-stack web applications. It also plays a key role in promoting engineering excellence and supporting modern cloud-based architectures. Key Responsibilities • Contribute to multiple initiatives within an agile development environment, delivering high-quality software at pace • Design, build, and maintain modern full-stack web applications using contemporary JavaScript frameworks such as React or Angular • Collaborate with product owners and stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions • Implement and uphold software engineering best practices, including code quality standards, testing strategies, and peer reviews • Participate in code reviews, unit testing, and continuous improvement of development practices • Ensure application performance, scalability, and reliability through monitoring and optimization activities • Integrate applications with existing enterprise systems to enable automation, data flow, and analytics capabilities • Support ongoing enhancement of applications within cloud-based environments Requirements (Must-Have) • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field • 8+ years of experience in full-stack software development • Strong expertise in JavaScript frameworks (Angular preferred) and backend development (NestJS preferred) • Hands-on experience with relational databases such as PostgreSQL, including advanced SQL usage • Experience with testing frameworks such as Jest and Cypress • Practical experience with cloud platforms (AWS preferred, also Azure or GCP acceptable) • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to balance business needs and technical constraints • High sense of ownership, accountability, and commitment to delivering quality outcomes in team environments • Motivation to work in a fast-scaling, innovation-driven organization Nice to Have • Master’s degree in Computer Science or related discipline • Experience in life sciences, biotech, or other regulated/scientific industries • Knowledge of REST API design, containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes), and cloud-native architecture • Familiarity with Agile delivery practices and technical documentation standards • Experience working in regulated environments • Exposure to Nx monorepo tools • Experience with AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot or similar solutions, including understanding of their limitations and security implications • Basic knowledge of Python and FastAPI
