We are looking for an experienced Senior Full Stack Developer to support the development of a complex product suite used in a large-scale asset lifecycle and investment decision environment. The solutions help business and technical teams work with transparent, reliable, and traceable data, supporting better decisions around business cases, assumptions, calculations, forecasts, cost models, and operational planning.
This is a senior hands-on engineering role combining backend, frontend, cloud, integrations, and production ownership. You will join a product environment where software quality, maintainability, cloud-native engineering, and strong technical ownership are key.
About the role
You will work on a suite of digital products used by different business functions, including engineering, finance, procurement, business development, project teams, and asset management stakeholders.
The platform includes case management and orchestration capabilities, specialist tools for forecasting and cost estimation, data-driven components for assumptions and market information, and a reporting/data warehouse layer. The goal is to ensure that data, calculations, and business assumptions remain consistent, traceable, and reliable across products and processes.
Key responsibilities
• Design, develop, and maintain scalable applications using .NET / C#, Angular, cloud services, and modern integration patterns.
• Build secure, maintainable, and reliable software aligned with product and architecture goals.
• Take ownership of solution quality, including security, compliance, authentication, authorization, and data protection.
• Improve production applications with a focus on reliability, performance, observability, incident resolution, and long-term maintainability.
• Work with cloud-native architecture and deployment patterns, primarily in AWS.
• Design and maintain integrations using REST APIs, microservices, and messaging platforms such as Kafka.
• Support DevOps practices: CI/CD, test automation, release management, and developer productivity improvements.
• Participate in technical discussions, architecture decisions, code reviews, and solution design.
• Mentor less experienced engineers and support high engineering standards across the team.
• Collaborate with architects, product owners, and stakeholders to translate business needs into robust technical solutions.
Requirements
• Extensive hands-on experience with .NET Core, C#, and Angular.
• Strong understanding of object-oriented programming, clean code, SOLID, design patterns, and maintainable architecture.
• Experience building distributed systems and integrations using REST APIs, microservices, Docker, Kubernetes, and messaging platforms such as Kafka or AMQ.
• Experience working with SQL and/or NoSQL databases.
• Strong practical experience with cloud-native solutions on AWS, including areas such as:• EKS / Kubernetes
• cloud storage
• secrets management, e.g. AWS Secrets Manager
• monitoring and observability
• production-grade deployments
• infrastructure automation
• Good understanding of DevOps practices and tools for automation, CI/CD, testing, and releases.
• Experience with Git, Azure DevOps, and/or GitHub Actions.
• Ability to work with containerized applications using Docker and Kubernetes.
• Senior-level ownership, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to balance delivery speed with long-term quality.
• Strong communication skills and experience working with architects, product owners, and business stakeholders.
