Senior Fullstack Engineer

Role Description • Strong full-stack engineering experience with deep expertise in Node.js and React, capable of building and maintaining modern web applications end to end. • Proficient in TypeScript with hands-on experience designing scalable, maintainable, and strongly typed codebases. • Solid experience designing and developing Backend-for-Frontend (BFF) architecture, creating APIs and orchestration layers tailored for web and mobile clients will be a huge advantage. • Strong understanding of system design principles including caching strategies, scalability, reliability, performance optimization, and observability. • Proven experience building and operating large-scale, high-traffic applications in production environments. • Hands-on experience with modern Node.js frameworks; prior experience with Fastify is a strong advantage. • Strong expertise in unit testing and automated quality assurance using frameworks such as Vitest or Jest, with a focus on maintainable test coverage. • Strong knowledge of software engineering best practices including clean code, testing, code reviews, CI/CD, security, and maintainability. • Excellent communication and stakeholder collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across engineering, product, and business teams. • Detail-oriented team player with practical experience working in Agile environments, including sprint planning, estimation, iterative delivery, and continuous improvement.
