We’re looking for an experienced React Native engineer to join us and leave their mark on the product. As our Senior React Native Engineer you will take part in the process of overseeing the development of modern financial applications. You will develop modern banking applications for web, Android and iOS.You will have a great impact on our products by working closely together with the business and our customers. Northmill is a long-term player with organic growth and profitability since day one.  Required qualifications: Solid foundations: • Experience building mobile and/or web applications • Strong skills in React Native (CLI or Expo) and TypeScript • Hands-on experience with React.js and component-based UIs • Comfortable working with GraphQL and REST APIs • Modern engineering practices: code reviews, CI/CD, automated testing • Familiarity with Agile workflows The kind of person we click with: You’re curious about new technology and genuinely enjoy software craft. Must-haves • Polish or EU citizenship, or a company registered in Poland Nice to have • Experience with native Android and/or iOS development • A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field • Some backend familiarity — we use Server-Driven UI (SDUI), so understanding what’s happening on the other side of the API (our backend runs on NestJS) makes collaboration much smoother • Awareness of accessibility (a11y) best practices About you?
