Senior Salesforce Developer (Experience Cloud)

Location: hybrid work in Wrocław (1-2 days from the office per week) Availability: ASAP / within 1 month   Job Description We are looking for a confident and quality‑driven Salesforce Developer with strong Experience Cloud and front‑end background to join a long‑running project focused on a customer‑facing portal built on Salesforce Experience Cloud. The project is currently being reorganized with a strong shift toward code quality, clear expectations, and well‑defined collaboration with business stakeholders.   Responsibilities   • Develop and maintain an existing Salesforce Experience Cloud solution • Identify issues and proactively implement improvements • Work closely with the Tech Lead and development team • Ensure high code quality and well‑defined development processes • Collaborate with business analysts to clarify and confirm requirements before development • Apply strong front‑end standards to deliver fully customized, branded user experiences   Requirements   • Strong hands‑on experience with Salesforce development • Proven experience with Salesforce Experience Cloud • Solid background in custom Salesforce solutions • Strong front‑end skills beyond standard Salesforce delivery • Hands‑on experience with Aura and Lightning Web Runtime templates • Advanced Apex development including Triggers, Batch and Schedulers • Experience with Lightning Web Components • Very good knowledge of JavaScript (ES6+), CSS and HTML5 • Experience with REST and SOAP API integrations • Good understanding of object‑oriented programming and design patterns • Experience working in Agile environments • Familiarity with Azure DevOps and version control systems such as Git or GitHub • Ability to translate business needs into clear technical solutions • Fluent English communication skills   Nice to Have   • Experience with CI/CD pipelines • Familiarity with Copado • Salesforce certifications such as Platform Developer I or II or Salesforce Certified JavaScript Developer   Offer:   • Multisport card • Private healthcare (Medicover) • Access to an e-learning platform • Group life insurance
