Opis stanowiska
For our client, a global IT services company specialising in managing and modernising business‑critical systems and platforms for enterprise customers (including cloud, mainframe and hybrid environments) we are looking for a Senior ServiceNow Developer. You will be responsible for designing, developing and maintaining ITSM solutions on the ServiceNow platform, including work with Domain Separation, Scripted APIs and Workspaces, as well as ongoing enhancement of ITSM capabilities and close collaboration with international stakeholders and teams in English.
Key responsibilities
• Design and implement ITSM solutions on the ServiceNow platform that meet business and operational needs.
• Build and maintain custom configurations, including work with domain separation, scripted APIs and workspaces.

Improve existing ServiceNow ITSM modules by adding new features and optimising what is already in place.
• Collaborate closely with product owners, architects and other engineers, including stakeholders and teams based in the USA and the UK, to refine requirements and propose technical approaches.
• Support the team in troubleshooting issues in production and staging environments, helping to identify root causes and propose fixes.
Ideal candidate profile
• Senior / Expert‑level experience as a ServiceNow Developer.
• Strong ServiceNow development experience within ITSM.
• Hands‑on experience with Domain Separation, Scripted APIs and Workspaces in ServiceNow.
• Excellent command of English (C1 level), as the work and day‑to‑day collaboration are conducted fully in English.
• Being comfortable working in international environments and collaborating with stakeholders and team members from different countries and cultures.
Conditions
• Work model: fully remote
• Start: ASAP
• Project duration: initially 6 months, with the possibility of extension
• Employment type: B2B contract via KUBO
• Salary: 170–200 PLN/h (net, B2B)
