Senior Shopify Engineer

Wymagania: - 5+ years of professional software engineering experience. - Hands-on experience with Shopify development using Liquid or similar templating languages. - Experience building Shopify apps using JavaScript, Rust, or comparable technologies. - Solid understanding of Git-based workflows (e.g., GitHub). - Experience working with GraphQL and consuming APIs. - Background working on large-scale e-commerce platforms with complex product catalogs. - Familiarity with analytics and experimentation tools such as Amplitude, heatmaps, Triple Whale, or Microsoft Clarity. - Experience building dashboards and interpreting performance data using observability tools (e.g., Datadog or similar). - Comfortable partnering closely with non-technical stakeholders across multiple functions. - Strong sense of ownership and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. - Proactive, pragmatic, and focused on delivering business value through technology. Zakres obowiązków: - Build, maintain, and optimize high-performing Shopify storefronts across international markets. - Develop reusable, performant Liquid components and custom Shopify applications. - Ensure storefronts can be easily managed by non-technical stakeholders. - Partner with e-commerce leaders to identify and implement improvements that boost conversion and customer satisfaction. - Own analytics tooling and reporting to support data-driven decisions. - Translate insights from experiments, dashboards, and user behavior into technical solutions. - Integrate third-party tools, services, and partners into the Shopify ecosystem. - Act as the technical liaison between Shopify and upstream/downstream systems (finance, accounting, fulfillment, data platforms). - Ensure compliance with security, financial, and infrastructural standards.
