Your New Role As part of a portfolio of best-in-class developer tools, we are looking for a Senior Solution Engineer who will become the technical bridge between our products and our customers. You will work closely with the sales team, supporting the entire customer journey – from pre-sales discovery through onboarding to ongoing technical success. The perfect candidate combines strong technical skills with a natural ability to build relationships, communicate complex concepts clearly, and think in terms of customer value. As a Senior Solution Engineer, you will be the technical face of our products – helping customers understand, adopt, and get the most out of CKEditor products. You’ll have strong support from experienced team members who will introduce you to our products and processes during onboarding. We know how important the first days in a new job are, so we will make sure that you will have time to learn about our technology, ecosystem, and how we work :) Wymagania: To Be Successful in This Role You Need the Following - 4+ years of experience in a customer-facing technical role (Solution Engineer, Sales Engineer, Pre-Sales Engineer, Technical Account Manager, or similar); - strong communication, storytelling, and active listening skills; - solid practical knowledge of JavaScript/TypeScript and web technologies (required); - good understanding of how web applications work (front-end, back-end, REST APIs, integrations); - hands-on experience with API testing and debugging tools (e.g. Postman, browser DevTools); - practical experience with AI-powered tools and LLM-based solutions — you understand how AI features work under the hood (prompts, models, context windows, embeddings) and can confidently discuss them with technical and non-technical stakeholders; - practical understanding of cloud infrastructure and deployment environments (Docker, AWS, Azure, GCP) — enough to understand customer setups and support their integration scenarios; - proven ability to deliver technical presentations and product demos to both technical and non-technical audiences; - a customer-oriented mindset with the ability to translate technical capabilities into business value; - ability to manage multiple customers and projects simultaneously; - good English communication skills (C1+). Nice to Have - familiarity with CMS platforms, rich text editors, or content management ecosystems; - experience with Salesforce; - projects portfolio on GitHub; - experience creating technical documentation or contributing to knowledge bases. Codzienne zadania: - supporting the sales team in pre-sales calls by providing technical expertise, answering prospect questions, and addressing technical concerns; - preparing and delivering tailored product demos based on customer requirements and specific use cases; - conducting technical support calls and providing L1 technical support to customers; - running customer onboarding sessions to ensure smooth adoption of our products; - preparing technical documentation, integration guides, and product briefs for the sales team; - building and maintaining relationships with customers, proactively engaging to ensure their success; - collecting customer feedback and translating it into actionable insights for the product and GTM teams; - creating and maintaining a knowledge base – playbooks, ready-made solutions, FAQs, and best practices; - writing workarounds, simpler implementations, and integration examples for customers; - continuously deepening your technical knowledge of our products and the broader ecosystem.
