ServiceNow CSM Developer – Global Customer Care Project 🚀 Are you a ServiceNow expert who thrives in a multinational environment? Do you have a track record of successful CSM implementations? We are looking for a ServiceNow CSM Developer to take ownership of the support, enhancement, and technical evolution of advanced solutions within our global platform. This isn’t just about maintenance; it’s about aligning technical excellence with complex business processes. 🎯 The Mission: • Develop & Deploy: Own the technical design, development, unit testing, and production deployment of ServiceNow solutions. • Business Partnership: Collaborate directly with customers to clarify requirements and implement scoped applications. • Architecture Integrity: Ensure every solution is aligned with ServiceNow best practices and high-level architectural standards. • Full Lifecycle Support: Manage issue resolution from UAT to post Go-Live support, including data maintenance. 🛠 Your Tech Stack & Profile: • Experience: Minimum 5 years in ServiceNow implementations, including at least 2 full cycles in CSM projects for multinational companies. • CSM Mastery: Expert knowledge of the ServiceNow CSM module, administration, CMDB, and Workspace configuration. • Development Skills: Solid experience in Scoped Applications and Configurable Workspace development. • Integration Expert: Proven ability to handle complex ServiceNow integrations. • Process Knowledge: Good understanding of ITIL and experience working in Agile environments. • Education: Master’s Degree in IT or a related field (ServiceNow certifications are a major plus). 🤝 The Team: You will work in a proactive, result-oriented environment where attention to detail and strong interpersonal communication are the keys to success.
